Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

Can I return or exchange the product if I don’t like it?

Yes, we always strive to provide the best shopping experience and ensure our customers are always satisfied. We have a customer friendly return and exchange policy which gives you an option to return or exchange items for any reason within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Please carefully read the following mandatory terms and conditions for all return and exchanges.

Return or Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Also, item will not be eligible for return or exchange after 3 days of delivery.

Return or Exchange Initiation: For all returns and exchanges, please raise a request and share clear images and videos of the product to rangathomedecor@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91-9350713932. Our team will inspect the pictures and videos, and will initiate the return or exchange process only if the item is eligible for the return or exchange. If our team feels that the item is not eligible for the return or exchange due to any reason, then no further action will be taken.

Return or Exchange Charges: For all returns and exchanges, we bear the responsibility of picking up the parcel from the customer location; however shipping and other charges are to be borne by the customers, which are equivalent to 20% of MRP for products which are above INR 5,000 and for products with MRP below 5,000, charges would be INR 1000. These charges will be deducted from your settlement proceeds.

Reverse Packaging: For all returns and exchanges, the product should be properly packed in the original box along with all original packaging material including any foam and cushioning material. It is mandatory for you to share clear images and packing video of the parcel to rangathomedecor@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9350713932. Our our team receives the packing video, then pick-up request will be initiated.

Claim Approval: Upon receiving the product at our returns desk, we will fully inspect the condition of the product. It should include original packaging, tags, labels, manuals etc. and should not be damaged in any way. Customer will be responsible for any damage during the transit. Upon successful inspection, we will initiate your refund immediately via UPI. In case of exchange, your refund will be adjusted towards amount payable for the new product.  

 

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

Our team always ensures that no defective or wrong product is dispatched to our customers. However, if you receive any defective or wrong product, then please contact us immediately and we will replace it with a fresh one subject to the availability. If fresh product is not available, then we will initiate the refund subject to below terms and conditions.

Replacement Initiation: For all replacements due to defective or wrong product, please raise a replacement request along with un-boxing video and images clearly showing damage to rangathomedecor@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91-9350713932. Please note, if un-boxing video is not available, replacement request will be rejected. Our team will inspect the images and un-boxing video, and will initiate the replacement process only if the item is eligible for the replacement. If our team feels that the item is not eligible for the replacement due to any reason, then no further action will be taken

Replacement Charges: For all replacements due to defective or wrong product, we bear the charges and responsibility of picking up the parcel from the customer location.

If our team feels that packaging is not done properly, then no further action will be taken.

Replacement Approval: Upon receiving the product at our replacement desk, we will fully inspect the condition of the product. It should include original packaging, tags, labels, manuals etc. and should not be further damaged. In case of the wrong product, no refund will be initiated if there is any transit damage. Upon successful satisfaction, we will either dispatch a fresh item to replace the damaged or wrong item, or issue refund if item is not available.
