Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, we offer free shipping across India for all the orders. However, we charge for the reverse shipping in case of returns and exchange. Please visit our Return and Exchanges policy for details.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are normally shipped within 3-5 working days of placing the order, unless it’s out of stock or any customization is required. It typically takes another 4-10 working days for the order to reach to you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a whatsapp message with tracking details from our logistics partner and then you can track your order online.

The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery with the tracking details. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation by our logistics partner. Please note, we shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.
